Steps

  1. In claude.ai, open the connector settings and add a custom connector.
  2. Enter a name, for example CardNexus, and the address https://mcp.cardnexus.com/mcp. Leave any client ID and client secret fields empty.
  3. Choose Connect. A browser tab opens on cardnexus.com. Sign in if asked, choose permissions and approve.
  4. In a new chat, enable the connector if Claude asks.

  • Each area is off, view only, or view and change. You choose before you approve.
  • Bulk edits and reprices show a preview first, and a reprice can be undone for 7 days.
  • Shipping orders, cancelling a sale or sending a message asks you every time.
  • It never pays for an order, never refunds on its own and never sees your password.
  • Disconnect any time in Settings → Integrations → Connected applications.
