[Overclock:] If your shields are at 0 or when you play a MKIV card.

(1) [Active Main:] [Regenerate 2].
When attacking with a "One-Handed Weapon", you may pay 1 core charge for that attack to gain +2 damage. When attacking with a "Two-Handed Weapon", you may pay 1 for that attack to gain [Short Circuit 1].
