Once per turn, when you play a "Gadget" card you may draw a card.
(1) Activate a non-on play and non-on reveal keyword on a "Gadget" you control, even if its slot is depleted. Reduce its cost by 1, to a minimum of 1. It may only be activated when its timing trigger would allow.
[Overclock:] If your shields are at 0 or when you play a MKIV card.
